California High Ball (mix no stir with soda water)
- 1.5 oz Toki Japanese Whiskey
- ½ oz Johnny Walker Black
- ¼ oz Comoz Vermouth
- .09oz Amaro Pasubio
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Honey Pine Syrup
- 2 dashes Pernod
Honey Pine Syrup
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup hot water
- Mix 1:1 ratio of hot water honey until completely dissolved.
- Add 1 sprig of pine and allow to cool with pine sprig.
- Remove the pine sprig once cool.
How to Make Combine the Toki Japanese whisky, Johnny Walker, Comoz vermouth, Pasubio (green chartreuse may be substituted), lemon juice, honey pine syrup and Pernod (absinthe may be substituted). Mix with a bar spoon. Pour mix into colins glass and add ice. Top with soda water and garnish with long lemon twist and a pine sprig.
